We are passionate in using our expertise to provide professional, regulatory, technical and advisory services in the field of energy and infrastructure. Part of our services include: application for licences, permits, compliance checks (to include environment and social impact issues), filing of statutory documents and engagement with the relevant stakeholders. Some other aspects may include understanding infrastructure planning, public and private partnerships as well as having keen insight on how the energy and infrastructure law influences projects.

We currently have a network of professionals who have been engaged in various energy and infrastructure projects to create value for our Clients, their investors, shareholders partners, regulators among others. Part of our ongoing legal advisory is with mini hydros in Uganda.
